Refund Policy

If for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase, We invite You to review our policy on refunds.

The following terms apply to any Products You purchase from Us.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined
under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Refund Policy:

* Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Square Tech

* Website refers to the Website historywheel.co.uk, which can be accessed at [www.historywheel.co.uk].

* Products refers to the intangible product or products offered on the Website.

* Orders refer to Products purchased from Us through the Website.

* You mean the individual accessing or using the Website, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such an individual is accessing or using the Website, as applicable.

* User means the individual accessing or using the Website, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Website, as applicable.

Your Order Refund Rights

You are entitled to ask for a refund on Your Order within 14 days following the Orders date of purchase.

The deadline to ask for a refund on an Order is 3 days from the date on which You Ordered the Products.

To exercise Your right to a refund, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement and must provide Us with the Orders invoice. You should also provide Us with the cause of Your Refund Request. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 30 business days from the day on which We receive your Refund request. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will incur the transaction fees for such reimbursement. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Products to be eligible for a refund:

* The Products should be purchased in the last 3 days
* The cause of a Refund Request should be one of those mentioned in Valid Causes for Refund

Valid Causes for Refund

* Non-delivery of Products Due to the incorrect email provided by the User, the email provider’s mailing issues, the User’s mail server errors, or spam settings, the User might not receive our delivery emails. In this case, the User must send a written complaint for Non-delivery and provide Us with an alternate email address where we can send the Products. Users can also contact us through our live chat support on the website to get the Products through this channel. This complaint should be sent to our Support Department at info@historywheel.co.uk within 3 days from the order date. Otherwise, we consider the product received and downloaded. If we are unable to send the Products through none of the channels mentioned above then the refund request will be eligible in light of the Non-delivery of Products and the User retains the right to receive a full refund.

* Errors or Shortcomings in Report(s) We aim to provide our customers with high-quality reports that meet their expectations. However, we understand that our reports may contain errors or shortcomings at times. If you are not satisfied with your report, please follow our Refund Policy guidelines:

  • You have 3 days from the order date to send a complaint email to inform us of any errors or shortcomings in the report. The complaint email should include the order number and highlight the specific issues.
  • We will look into the matter and rectify the report as soon as possible. If we are unable to fix the report within 3 business days from the date of the complaint email, we will issue a refund.
  • We will issue refunds to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Please allow up to 30 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
  • If you receive a full refund, you will no longer be able to utilize the remaining reports (if any) in the purchased package.

Please note that this clause of the refund policy applies only to errors or shortcomings in the report and not to any changes or modifications requested by the customer.

* Duplicate Charge A charge will only be considered a duplicate charge in the following circumstances:

  • If the User selects the same package multiple times, only one package will be retained, and the remaining will be refunded.
  • If the User selects multiple packages, only the highest-priced package will be retained, and the rest will be refunded.
  • If the User places multiple orders with identical information, it will be considered a duplicate charge. In this case, the highest priced package in both orders combined will be retained, and the rest will be refunded.

To get a refund for a duplicate charge, the User needs to send a written complaint to info@historywheel.co.uk within 14 days of the order date. The complaint should state the order number and one or more of the particular circumstances that qualify them for a duplicate charge refund. If the duplicate charge is verified based on the above rules, the User is entitled to a refund as per the regulations mentioned.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund of any Order that does not meet the above refund conditions in our sole discretion.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we suspect fraudulent activity or abuse of our refund policy.

Only regular-priced Products may be refunded Unfortunately, Products on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.
